Bay Area Neutron Group

Jacob Sebastian is a graduate student in the nuclear engineering department at the University of California, Berkeley. He first graduated from North Carolina State University with Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, and Political Science with a minor in Middle East Studies in 2019. His research interests include the nexus of technology and policy, particularly related to nuclear security. Jacob is interested in the development of tools to help facilitate verifiable disarmament.
