Leila Shook
Leila Shook is an undergraduate at the University of California Berkeley, pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering. She is passionate about transitioning society’s usage of unsustainable energy to more green equivalents, specifically through nuclear power. Currently, she is developing a website to serve as an online database for scintillator properties while also getting familiar with the physics of scintillators and neutron detection. In her free time, Leila enjoys backpacking, skiing, crocheting, and playing pickleball.
