Kelly Kmak
Bio:
Kelly Kmak is a graduate student at UC Berkeley in the Department of Nuclear Engineering. She is interested in radiochemistry and its practical applications. Kelly has performed research with the UC Berkeley Nuclear Policy Working Group on the thorium fuel cycle and with LLNL on a project to characterize the homologs of element 114 and 115 to predict the properties of these super-heavy elements. She received a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Berkeley in 2016.
