Bio:

Mairead Montague is an undergraduate majoring in Nuclear Engineering at UC Berkeley from Bridgewater, New Jersey. Mairead is working with Dr. Bethany Goldblum on neutron detection for nuclear security applications. Outside of nuclear engineering, she enjoys reading, intramural sports and is active in the Civil Engineering department, where she serves as a project manager for the Cal Seismic Design Team.
